Are your pieces made to order?
Most Sili+Bells pieces are handcrafted in small batches or as one-of-a-kind designs. What you see in the shop is what’s currently available and ready to ship. This allows for quicker turnaround times and ensures each piece remains special and intentionally made.
Can I choose a different color or request a custom piece?
Because many designs are created in limited runs, color options are not always available. However, custom requests are welcome on a limited basis. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out before placing your order and we’ll see what’s possible.
How many of each design do you make?
Most designs are made in quantities of just a few pieces, often with no more than two or three in the same color. When a design sells out, it may or may not return.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom requests may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly before purchase.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some designs return in new variations, while others are retired permanently. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available.
What materials do you use?
Sili+Bells pieces are crafted using upcycled leather, repurposed denim, stainless steel, and thoughtfully selected beads. Because many materials are reclaimed, slight variations in texture and color are part of what makes each piece unique.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you really plant a tree for every purchase?
We do. One purchase = one tree planted in your name. You should receive an email directly from EcoDrive on the evening of your purchase. If you did not receive an email, please contact us. We receive the email, as well, and are happy to forward it to you.
